When you do business with Seneca Shore Wine Cellars, you may expect the most in confidentiality.  Your personal information will be kept private and confidential at all times.  At Seneca Shore Wine Cellars, we are committed to maintain the privacy and safeguarding of all account activity and personal information.  All information is considered to be non-public and confidential. We will only share your information with our shipping company.

Credit Card Information

Seneca Shore Wine Cellars does not collect your credit card numbers.  When you are asked for credit card information you will be on a website that is fully PCI compliant with current privacy and banking regulations.

Royal Court Membership

Periodically we will send information via email to update you on new products or invite you to special events. Seneca Shore Wine Cellars will not share, sell or rent your information.

Shipping Policies

Seneca Shore Wine Cellars primarily ships through Federal Express.

In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address and phone number available to our shipping companies.  In no instance is the shipping company allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose.

A person of 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for shipments of alcoholic beverages.  Items usually arrive within 10 business days. The shipping company will attempt delivery 3 times, after which the package will be returned to Seneca Shore Wine Cellars.  We will reship the package only after obtaining customer approval and payment of any return and reshipping fees by the customer.

If you wish to cancel an order after placement, please e-mail or phone us toll free at 1-800 LUV-VINO as soon as possible.  Once an order has been shipped, shipping fees are incurred.

Provided an email address is on file or presented with your order, tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

Return Policy

Under New York state law, alcoholic beverages may not be returned once sold, except in the case of defective bottles.  Undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information being provided will either be reshipped at the expense of the customer or refunded, minus applicable shipping and return fees.  If you have a concern about our product please call us to discuss it with us.

Age Restriction Policy

There are no materials, images or words on this website that would normally raise any issue about age appropriateness.  Alcoholic beverages may not be purchased by persons less than 21 years of age.
